In most cases, yes. However, we know how difficult it is for those who do not earn enough to give themselves quality healthcare, so we make sure that it remains affordable even for the poor.

We welcome all standard hospitals to partner with us. But if your hospital is not, iConsultMDs will contact non partner hospital to get information on the care provided to you and iConsultMDs will follow up accordingly as long as you hold the iConsultMDs card

Using our app, you are to let us know about your heath issues. Afterwards, we will contact you with details about your treatments and next line of action.

We provide second medical opinions before any treatment is administered. So, if a wrong treatment was already administered to an iConsultMDs card holder prior to contacting us, we may not be able to reverse the situation, but we can work with our doctors to make appropriate corrections thereafter. If by any chance a wrong treatment is administered after consultation with us, we will carefully scrutinize situation and may take legal action against the defaulting healthcare provider.

Physicians realize the danger of putting their opinions ahead of their patients’. Except the patient is a minor or the doctor has legal reasons to dishonor the patient’s request,such a doctor may be in for a lawsuit. If an iConsultMDs card holder has reasons to believe that a doctor has dishonored their decision on healthcare, such a person should contact us immediately.
